This error won't cause you any problems (other than being annoyed), it's due to the fact that Drupal started keeping tabs on the install profile used in 7.2 (if you check the status report, you'll see profiles are now included). Currently the easiest way to fix this is by editing the system table in the database, and changing the status of demo_profile from 0 to 1. same problem here but I couldn't fix it by editing the "system" table in the database because I didn't find any "demo_profile" there, so no status to change.
