Eastcoast, ThemeShark's first Drupal real estate theme has now been ported to Drupal 7. We had been waiting on gmap, Location and a couple other elements, but we're happy to report it's ready for use and theme along with an installation package/profile is now available for download. You can also set it up on an existing site because we're now using the features module to manage the real estate elements (views, listing content type, etc.)
With this theme you can create detailed, search able real estate listings. There's a content type called Listing that includes a select of custom fields, and a couple of exposed Views that allow users to search through those listing. Additionally, the Gmap and location modules are set up to create and display a map on each listing.
Previous Eastcoast users who are looking to upgrade should proceed with the usual caution: you'll need to remove and replace your Views with the new ones, so be careful and be sure to backup the site before making any changes so you can easily roll it back if necessary.

It is nice but not responsive, would it be made responsive ?
This one isn't likely to be made responsive, or Westcoast (as you inquired about in your e-mail). Neither of them were designed with responsiveness in mind, so converting them would require a an overhaul on the backend and isn't really worth it. More likely there'll be new, similar themes in the future that are responsive.
